EXPRESSION OF INTEREST - OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE - Simplify Standardise and Sustain

We are seeking expressions of interest from LEO clients to participate in a Business Transformation Programme embedded in continuous improvement.

This operational excellence programme has been specifically designed for clients with prior Lean project experience but who have struggled to sustain it.

Program Goals

1. Develop a Lean mindset and embed continuous improvement practices as the foundation of business transformation.
2. Build skills in Lean tools, digital transformation, and sustainability.
3. Enhance leadership capabilities for driving cultural and operational change.
4. Foster a peer support network for shared learning and accountability.
5. Create “visit-ready” businesses that demonstrate operational excellence in practice.
